Not all doctors do both. Can you be more specific, since you remain anonymous on here? Methadone is very potent narcotic and can cause side effects such as: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

My daughter was prescribed accutane on 2 separate occasions at age 16. She is now 26 and for the past 3 years we have had her go to every doctor, specialist possible. Blood works always seems to be ok . She can not keep weight on her joint always ache she has had bone growth issues,( Left side Jaw has become larger) . She now has a recurrence of cystic (mild) acne coming on. She goes out in the sun and never tans. We have checked her for everything and they say she is fine. That's my daughter and she suffers. Im from mi recently moved to corbin ky. I have chronic pain due to nerve damage. My leg and foot goes numb for sometimes weeks at a time. My back often goes out on me and i cant move and my broken tailbone makes it hard for me to sit comfortably. Ive had mri and xrays ive been on 3 norco 10s for eight years so my tolerance to pain meds are high. If you require such a medication on a long-term, ongoing basis for chronic pain, you'll have to see a pain management specialist, since a PCP will no longer be able to prescribe it for you. I want to thank the DEA on behalf of millions of people who's had there doctor's prescribed prescriptions changed from a class III to a class II on Oct. 6th 2014. I live in Sioux Falls SD and I am trying to find a doctor that will prescribe pain meds. I had a pain management doctor that prescribed 4 10 mg hydrocodones a day, but moved to Nevada. Now I have moved back and she is full and can’t see me. I have arthritis, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disorder and a spinal fusion. My doctor keeps sending me in for epidurals for my lower back, and they sometimes work for two or three months, but it doesn’t help with the pain every where else. Looking for pain clinic in Nashville area to go to. Clinic I go to now shut down last month and I got records to back me up, I take oxycodone 30mg 4x and oxymorphone 15mg er 3x...I need to find a clinic by first of month. I found one place but they do something called PPPFD monitoring, which I have no problem with pill counts. My dr. Wants me to stop my 200mg trazadone taken nightly for depression anxiety and sleep. And start taking 15 mg temazepam at night. Is it safe to just stop the trazadone like that. ## Hello, Scared! How are you? Stopping it abruptly might cause some withdrawal and rebound effects, but your doctor might be hoping to stave those off with the addition of the Temazepam. It is a benzodiazepine that can be used to treat the same types of problems, but it does carry the risk of being habit forming. Plz, does anyone know any drs that prescribe Methadone for pain in Tappahannock or Richmond Va. area? ## Had spinal stenosis surgery, triple lactomactomy and when I came out was way worse. My surgeon said to go to their pain management and get an idea of what they came up with on file for any doctor to see or said to call them and they would help come up with a plan. I have been on lortab 10 taking 3 per day, soma 3 per day. have been for 10 years for my back, neck, and knees. Had surger on all 3 areas. I am on medicare. If you can help I would ge grateful. my doctor passed away so that is why I am looking for a doctor. ## You'll most likely get more responses if you can post back with your general location.
