What is the difference between pan 40 and pantosec dsr 40? My mother had an elbow fracture followed by surgery. She is on diabetic and blood pressure meds. The doctor also prescribed pan 40, but the med store gave her pantosec dsr 40. I am having irregular periods due to which I am not able to conceive. doctor suggested me premarin tablet and panozen-DSR capsules.i want to know what is the use of these tablets in my case. plz help . ## The Premarin contains synthetic estrogens, but I have to say that it isn't likely to help regulate your cycle and enable you to get pregnant. Estrogen is usually what causes them to be irregular. If they are already irregular and you aren't ovulating, then you'd need some form of Progesterone to help. Are you certain your doctor said Premarin?

I have a breathing problem for which my doctor suggested me Meltox cap. along with biofan DSR and otrivin Nasal drop. In first instance I used HP KIT ( THREE TABLETS ) for 14 days . then I used pentacid dsr one tablet before break fast for a month as per my doctors advise , At present I am using pantacid DSR when I noticed gastric symtoms only . Rabonik DSR contains Rabeprazole and Domperidone, while the Rabonik Plus still contains the Rabeprazole, though I haven't been able to find anything listing what else it contains. However, you really do need to consult your doctor, because it is going to depend on what's causing the diarrhea.
