Do Anxiety Attacks Cause Seizures

I think if this is true that might be why I've been having seizures (about 1 month). So I've taken myself of Zyprexa since I'm so scared of another seizures. This has caused my panic attacks and anxiety to sky rocket. It took me 13 years to find something to help my chronic anxiety w/agoraphobia disorder and panic disorder, also insomnia and a.d.h.d. I'm on klonopin 3mg's a day. I was on Xanax 6mg's a day for around a year, but found out about the half-life of them, and I suffer from partial seizures, so they switched me to klonopin, which takes a long time to work for me. I need something for over active nerves, and panic attacks constantly, but Is there a drug that I can add to my klonopin, that works quick and remains in my body longer than xanax? My Dr. has had me on alprazalom 4 1mg. tablets for the last 10 years for panic attacks and anxiety is this really a high dosage and how hard is it going to be to get off of it. I had to have someone call 911 for it because when I called to get it refilled he was't in the office and the drugstore would not refill it and I went 7 days without it and it was really bad. ## If you've been taking it for that long, then a sudden withdrawal may be dangerous, there is a chance that it could cause you to suffer seizures. My grandmother is taking szetalo "plus" 10 mg on a regular basis, but accidently got szetalo 10 mg ..so I'm asking if any side effect will occur or not? ## Hi Vandan, Based on my research, Szetalo contains 10mgs of the antidepressant Escitalopram. The difference is that Szetalo Plus ALSO contains 10mgs of Clonazepam; a Benzodiazepine-class drug used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, and seizures. Depending on how long she's been using Szetalo Plus for, not having the Clonazepam in her system could potentially trigger withdrawal symptoms to occur, if they haven't already. Has your grandmother given you any feedback after trying the regular Szetalo?

I take a 1/2 to 1- 8MG strip daily. I have now been prescribed klonopin 1mg at bedtime and will possibly be going up to 2MG in a month or two. I know there are a lot of mixed feelings on benzos and subs but I've been on subs for a pretty good while now and have been diagnosed with lots of health issues recently including epilepsy. I just cannot sleep and the lack of sleep really affects my seizures so the klonopin really is our last resort. We've tried 4 other meds including neurontin (I'm not sure how u spell that lol). I never really even in my active addiction days was a fan of benzos. So will this be ok to take? My Dr obviously thinks so... but I'd like other opinions I suppose.
