I believe that this was in the shape of a caramel shape square chunk, that I chewed. I believe it was removed from the market but I am looking for what was in it to try to replace it as it was the only med that has ever helped with my problem. It might have been chocolate flavored but was definitely dark chocolate colored. ## Hello, Maple! How are you? very tiny white round pill, E 24 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is generic diphenoxylate 2.5mg/atropine sulfate .025mg. It is generic for Lenox (Lomotil, I believe is another name brand). The medication is used for diarrhea, chronic colitis. Be careful not to get too dehydrated, possible blurred vision, fainting, marked drowsiness. Do not drink with this medication.

I SELDOM HAVE RELIEF AND HAVE ACCIDENTS VERY OFTEN. I begin in the morning taking 2 tabs of Lomotil 4 times a day. Can I expect better results than I have gotten from Immodium?
