I am taking Dilzem 90 once a day. Can I take milk & its products like curd, lassi regularly?

i am 63 years and taking following meds- tab-cardace 5mg od in morning. tab-nikron 5mg bd tab-dilzem 90 mg sr night tab- escoprin 75mg night it i s correct time to take meds or it may required to re schedule.
