Dilaudid Pill N 1 Yellow

Hi. I was cleaning my 16 year-old son's room and found a bottle of little, round yellow pills. About 30 of them. My heart sank. I think they are dilaudid or hydromorphone, at least what I've been able to glean from the research I've done. But I am not sure; I cannot find any reference to the inscripted P on one side (4 is on the other) vs. the K or M commonly found with dilaudid. If you have a tablet with no imprint on it, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter. Who is the manufacturer of the tiny, round, yellow dilaudid 4mg tablet? My pharmacy recently switched to dilaudid 4mg made by Mallinck. They do not work as fast or as long. I find myself needing them 3x day instead of 2x day. And they take an extra 20 minutes to work. I want to find a pharmacy that continues to use the manufacturer of my previous Rx. I'm on percocet and diluadid after my 4th lumbar surgery. A family member forever asking for them. I knew how many I had before and after they left. Honestly I didn't see who took it so since they want to steal and leave me in pain I want to catch them and pay back. I ordered myself a locked pill container so can't happen again but really I want to fill my box I use with something OTC. My percocet is big yellow and round. I read that vivvan caffeine pull will work but only thing I know tiny small and white is birth control pill. I really wish exlax would look like it but anything otc I can use to catch him. My friend stayed with me and I found this lil yellow pill. It has a 4 on one side and what sorta looks like an e on the other. ## I found the same pill i my sons bedroom. I cannot find anywhere what it is ## Is it also kind of oval in shape? If it is then this is Enjuvia, an estrogen hormone. It is opana 40 mg, its very strong its probably equivalent to 2 oxy 80's. So if you get ahold of one of these DO NOT ABUSE THEM and do not do more than half at once unless you tolerence is extemely high. ## That is correct, it is a 40mg Opana tablet, which contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, a very potent narcotic analgesic. I was told this is Dilaudid ## Diladid has a K on one side and a 4 on the other and it is tiny and round. ## First, I would like to state that the marking mentioned by Jeff is ONLY ONE Dialudid tablet. There are NO universal markings once a drug is available for generic production. Each company that makes it must have their own imprints in order to identify the ingredients, dosage and manufacturer or each tablet, so there are MANY more Dilaudid tablets on the market that DO NOT have a K4 marking on them. I have always got the yellow 4mg Dilaudids and they worked great. This month I got white ones (4mg) that are manufactured by Mallinckrodt. They don't work at all. I need to take two to even get any relief and it is not much. This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market.
