Dilaudid Pill N 1 Yellow

Hi. I was cleaning my 16 year-old son's room and found a bottle of little, round yellow pills. About 30 of them. My heart sank. I think they are dilaudid or hydromorphone, at least what I've been able to glean from the research I've done. But I am not sure; I cannot find any reference to the inscripted P on one side (4 is on the other) vs. the K or M commonly found with dilaudid. Can anyone help me identify it? ## I am sorry to hear about your findings ... and sadly, yes, the pills which you have described are Dilaudid 4 mg. The manufacturer's product sheet states "DILAUDID 4 mg TABLETS are yellow, debossed with a P on one side and the number 4 on the opposite side." (PDF format, page 18). I wish you and your son the best with this. Do you have any other question...

R they yellow with a line on one side and nothing on the other side ## Hi, Matt! How are you? No, all Dilaudid tablets available on the U.S. market would have an imprint on them, this is required by law to enable their identification in case of emergency. If you have a tablet with no imprint on it, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I got them throw the mail is it possible if they came from another County

Who is the manufacturer of the tiny, round, yellow dilaudid 4mg tablet? My pharmacy recently switched to dilaudid 4mg made by Mallinck. They do not work as fast or as long. I find myself needing them 3x day instead of 2x day. And they take an extra 20 minutes to work. I want to find a pharmacy that continues to use the manufacturer of my previous Rx. Thank you so much. ## My pharmacy just did the same thing I feel you. The yellow ones, if they have a p imprint a made by Purdue pharma lp. I'm on percocet and diluadid after my 4th lumbar surgery. A family member forever asking for them. I knew how many I had before and after they left. Honestly I didn't see who took it so since they want to steal and leave me in pain I want to catch them and pay back. I ordered myself a locked pill container so can't happen again but really I want to fill my box I use with something OTC. My percocet is big yellow and round. I read that vivvan caffeine pull will work but only thing I know tiny small and white is birth control pill. I really wish exlax would look like it but anything otc I can use to catch him. But nothing harmful like a heart pill, just want to catch and stop them. Yes, looking into camera so can catch him red handed. I'm angry and hurt my own family would ...

its a small yellow flat round pill with 'P' imprinted on one side and '4' imprinted on the other, does anyone know what this is ? ## A friend just had what sounds like the same pill. He gave it to me. It was a small, round, yellow pill with a P on one side and a 4 on the other side. I was told by my friend that it was a 4mg. Dilaudid - he said he seen the guy take it right out of the bottle labeled Dilaudid. I have seen Dilaudid's before & they have always looked basically just like this pill does - same shape & size PLUS its the same color/shape etc. as all the other 4mg. Dilaudid's I've seen. But I searched on the Internet quickly & couldn't find that exact generic imprint code - But I trust my friend. So, hang on....OK, I just got it ready ...

My friend stayed with me and I found this lil yellow pill. It has a 4 on one side and what sorta looks like an e on the other. ## I found the same pill i my sons bedroom. I cannot find anywhere what it is ## Is it also kind of oval in shape? If it is then this is Enjuvia, an estrogen hormone. If the pill is round and more beige in color, then it is is geberic Dilaudid, 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a very potent narcotic. ## I have an idea, why not call your friend and ask her what it is for. It sounds to me like your interest is suspect. ## Lucky duck! Looks like you've got yourself a 4mg Dilaudid!

It is opana 40 mg, its very strong its probably equivalent to 2 oxy 80's. So if you get ahold of one of these DO NOT ABUSE THEM and do not do more than half at once unless you tolerence is extemely high. ## That is correct, it is a 40mg Opana tablet, which contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, a very potent narcotic analgesic. I was told this is Dilaudid ## Diladid has a K on one side and a 4 on the other and it is tiny and round. ## First, I would like to state that the marking mentioned by Jeff is ONLY ONE Dialudid tablet. There are NO universal markings once a drug is available for generic production. Each company that makes it must have their own imprints in order to identify the ingredients, dosage and manufacturer or each tablet, so there are MANY more Dilaudid tablets on the market that DO NOT have a K4 marking on them. Now, that clarified, YES, the tablet in question does contain 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a generic for Dilaudid, this is a very potent narcotic analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more here: Is there anything else I can he...

Yellow pill with an arrow on it and no # on either side ## Hello, Bobby! How are you? There are no Dilaudid tablets that match this description. The FDA classifies Dilaudid as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can you provide more details about the arrow logo? Is it raised, embossed? One solid shape, or detailed?

I have always got the yellow 4mg Dilaudids and they worked great. This month I got white ones (4mg) that are manufactured by Mallinckrodt. They don't work at all. I need to take two to even get any relief and it is not much. What is the difference between the two? ## @iceangel, Usually when you receive a tablet that looks different from what you're used to getting, it's often the result of differences in the list of inactive ingredients; even if the dosage remains the same. If you happen to know the imprint on both tablets I can post a list of binders/fillers used in each one for a closer look at what makes them different aside from the apparent yellow dye. From what I've been led to believe, certain types of fillers can't actually be metabolized by our bodies and be...

yellow oval pill v/36 01 ## This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, it is a generic for Norco. This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day
