Does anyone know how to tell if a Dilaudid is fake, specifically the 8mg ones that is triangular shaped with rounder corners, white, and 8 on one side and the to of the letter p on the other side, but the p are both going different directions. Hi. I was cleaning my 16 year-old son's room and found a bottle of little, round yellow pills. About 30 of them. My heart sank. I think they are dilaudid or hydromorphone, at least what I've been able to glean from the research I've done. But I am not sure; I cannot find any reference to the inscripted P on one side (4 is on the other) vs. the K or M commonly found with dilaudid.
