After reading all the posts about this particular med, I now realize that the different colors of this same medicine affects each of us differently. I cannot take the blue, yellow or orange clonazepam but the pink one is a life saver for me. My pharmacist has given me the others and my anxiety doubles. I have searched for the drug store that carries the pink one. I just cannot take the others. So weird how the same medicine, same dosage is so very different from manufacturer to manufacturer. What is the difference really? And why are they different? There are all these conspiracy theories about clonazepam generics, the FDA heavily regulates these and cannot have > +/- 20% of active ingredient. I too favor the tevas, but those are the old school generics and I think we just have an emotional attachment/ placebo effect to with regard to them. These placebo/mental effects can cause REAL withdrawal symptoms (my psychiatrist is one of the top pain/anxiety management docs in Texas). Also certain message boards dont even allow generic brand comparisons because there can be no noticeable difference between generic brands in terms of the effectiveness, but there may be placebo effects on addiction/withdrawal. I have been prescribed clonazepam 1mg twice a day for abut 2 years now , and I heard that the brand name ( klonopin ) works much better because it s stronger and I heard it s more expensive too but if it worth it why not ... I had to switch from Teva to Actavis clonazepam and am feeling a bit more negative on the new brand, despite the nearly identical inactive ingredients between the two. Does the composition of the active ingredient, the medicine itself vary between brands. Has your doctor recommended making this change? The difference between the two is the Lisinopril, which is a ACE inhibitor and the Triamterene, which is a potassium sparing diuretic. They are both used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions, but the Triamterene is often give to someone that requires diuretic therapy, but is too low in potassium. They are both Benzodiazepines and, as listed by the FDA, are most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. They carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. The dosing of the ones you mentioned are equivalent, you need 1mg of Clonazepam for each 2mgs of Lorazepam. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was just wondering if it was the same as volume or if there are other components that make it different and what is the difference between the two. I take it for panic and anxiety attacks and I am thankful for it. It does make me very tired.
