Cyclosporine, lithium, metformin, methotrexate, because the risk of their side effects may be increased by Diclofenac. Anticoagulants, ex, aspirin, clopidogrel. Corticosteroids ex, heparin and other blood thinners. because the risk of stomach bleeding may be increased. I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information. She was very cagey in saying where she got them other than they were for a headache. She did not get these from a doctor. I also take lithium but depending on difene perhaps twice a week for arthritic pain. Is there a safer substitute?
