what is the difference between diclofenac dr 75mg tab and diclofenac potassium 50mg tab? ## They are both Diclofenac Potassiume, however, the dosage is clearly difference and the DR means that the 75mg one is delayed released, so the medication is slowly released, after you take it, rather than being released all at once. I purchased diclofenac sodium & codeine phosphate tablets 50mg, but I cant find any images to identify it as such. It came in a foiled back pop out sleeve of 10. It's a light peach or pink color with a score on one side and nothing on the other. It also says Duranzo on it. My vision is not so good so i cant make out the pharmaceutical co. The Coveram contains Amlodipine and Perindopril and the Perindopril can cause some interactions with the Diclofenac, such as making it more potent, so your blood pressure drops lower and it can increase the risk of nephrotoxicity.

I've been taking the latter of these for years however this time the script showed up as the diclofen pot 50mg mylan. Should I be concerned? Should I return it to the pharmacy? ## Hi Ron, Diclofen is actually reported to be a common misspelling or abbreviation of Diclofenac. So there shouldn't be any differences in the "active ingredients". However it is important to note that different brands/manufacturers often use a different set of "inactive" ingredients (known as binders/fillers). I have got pain in the left shoulder. I am now 63 years old.I suffer pain while wearing shirt or bunian and of such occasions. X-ray was taken. Doctor digonised as Ligment problem but there is no bone deformation. Some suggested to take Tendocare tablet for the pain.
