One of my close relative aged 67 have undergone open heart sugery. And he is suffering from diabitcies,. he is very catious about his health. he is monitoring it regualrly and is very strict on his diet and medication. But he diabity is verying very much. He has consulted many doctors, but his efforts are all in vain. He finds pain in thies and doctors say it is because of heart surgary. My question is, if he have infection in his stomach, or pus cells inurine, can be the cause of unstable of this discease. I was told one of the medico that this can be the reason. How far this can work. I shall be thankful for early reply, as he is also living with his old age wife like me. MMY

sir my mother has a diabities for last 5 years she is talking a medicine (dianorn m) for for few days her sugar will not in control i'll consult to the doctor they will give a medicine galvas met 50mg/500mg ....but this tablet will be very costally what will i do... ## Ask the doctor for a similar tablet that would cost less. Some NGOs also have diabetics care program's where they distribute medicines free of cost or at a subsidy. Most state governments have a senior citizen program and some pharmacies also give 10 % discount to senior citizens.

I have been diagnosted as diabitic type 2 , and i have trested with amaryl 1 , 2 and now 3 with galvas , but some times i feel that it is not effecient , where i use amaryal 30 mminutes before meals twice a day , and galvas 50 mg after the meal once a day

i am taking the above 2 drugs for the last about two months. I am diabitic for the last about 25 years and with good control over my sugar. I have a sedentary lifestyle. How long I have to take these medicines. I feel sleepy and lazy all the time. ## Which other medication are you taking? You only listed one. You should take the medication as long as your doctor says you need to continue doing so. The NIH lists the typical side effects of Pregabalin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.

My mom is 62 year old, she takes diabities and blood pressure tablets every day. today morning she went for walk empty stomach without taking blood pressure medicine. when she came back, she complained about chest pain. we rushed to hospital and doctors did ecg, blood pressure was 90/160, and she was given ketrol and anxol injections. They also prescribed ecosprin 150. i am concerned what caused chest pain and what should be my action.. please advise ## Well, the chest pain and the elevated blood pressure could have been caused by her not taking her blood pressure medication. I would like to know the negative effects of carbophage 500 and carbophage 1000. I have had bypass in July 2012, had lung effusion in 2014 and bilateral lower limb cellulitis recently.
