yellow caplet for allergies & sinus pressure ## Can you take this caplet when you are on BP meds? I have been hit hard with sinus and chest congestion-usually takes several antibiotics to get over this-get it every year-lasts1-2-4 wks. I take lisinopril20mg with 12.5mg Hcthz and 5 mg Bystolic once a day. ## For anyone else seeking such information, the problematic medication in this may be the Phenylephrine, it can raise blood pressure and heart rate, so it must be used very cautiously if you have high blood pressure or a cardiac condition. Learn more Phenylephrine details here. Therefore, I'd advise checking with your doctor, before taking it, to be on the safe side. long oval, blue, numbers 44-473 on them, it says it has 325 mg of acetaminophen in them.2 pills per dose ## found celophane wrapper with pills inside..want to identify ## Tylenol cold multi symptom night time. ## In the interest of adding specifics, this is a generic for the Tylenol product that Terri mentioned. Along with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen already mentioned, it also contains 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, per tablet. As the nighttime formulation, that means there is a very high probability of this causing drowsiness as a side effect. Are there any other questions or comments? There are more Acetaminophen details available here, more Chlorpheniramine details available here, more Dextromethorphan details available here and ther... ...
