Will i have any problems in future....? ## Please I recommend not to use practin and dexona....for weight gain... i used them for 2 mnths for weight gain...i gained 12 kgs in 2 months but after leaving those tablets..i had jaundice..and had anrexia and nausea ...and had no appetite..i lost all 12 kgs in only 15-20 days...but the symptoms continued..i had a doctor checkup ..he told me that it will take 8-12 months to recover.. Hi, My father suddenly had some memory issues, Had to undergo MRI and CT Scans, which revealed there was some bleeding in the brain and swelling, he has been complaining about headache all the time, along with memory loss issue, slowness in reactions, both physical as well as mental reactions. Doctor has suggested Dexona 4MG (Injection) which is given twice a day, right now. He is Diabetic and there is sudden increase in sugar (which is due to Dexona, as per doctor) and they have also put him on Insulin to suppress high sugar. I have taken dexona and ciplactin for about 2 years (2 tabs daily). But due to its side effects, like stretch marks and blurry vision, I stopped taking it. After stopping treatment, I am now losing my weight day by day and I have lost my hunger as well. So i started taking cypon syrup for about 3 months. So please tell me what is the side effect of it. ## Withdrawal symptoms are probably going to be very different for everyone, so I can only speak based on gathered research: There have been reported cases of psychotic syndrome after withdrawal of Cyproheptadine (Ciplactin), so I would suggest tapering off this one as opposed to just stopping it completely after all those years. I would also strongly recommend taking your time tapering off of Dexamethasone (Dexona) or you could have some very unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.
