what has changed about amphetamines?

have amphetamines changed over the years?i had a prescription for dexidrine.i was focused,energetic and got a good buzz.i recently was put on adderalxr 20mg, amphetamine salts 10 mg 4x a day[barr] not at the same time,however,the results were disappointing.mildly focused and no real high even when i took more of the 10mgs-whats up?and can anyone suggest something that feels like the old dexedrine did?being treated for adhd. would appreciate your suggestions.thank-you ## Sounds like maybe you are looking for some sort of diet pill?
