I am trying to find out if this pill is even a pain pill. Oxycodone or hydrocodone ## Just google it. Simple, I just did it for you. That sounds like an anti depressant used for smoking cessation, Bupropion 150 mg. No pain pill. ## 150 mg Bupropion hydrochloride extended release tablets (made by Sandoz) don't actually fit the full description that was provided. These particular Bupropion pills are purple, but they're also round - NOT oval - And are marked with "E 415" as opposed to just "E" by itself. Having said that, there don't appear to be any other close matches on google (at least within my search). So it seems to me that a lab analysis or drug panel kit would probably be the next best way to determine if it at least contains any opiates. Does anyone el...

I was given Oxycodone/acetaminophen 5/325mg and the pills they gave me are round, dark purple pills with "GG" on 1 side and "39" on the other....are these right? ## No, there are no generic Percocets that match this description. Learn more Percocet details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can you please double check the marking on the tablets? I can't find anything under GG 39.

Trust me, I'd love to help you, if I could, but there are many purple tablets on the market that meet this description. The color really doesn't tell us anything, nor does the fact that it was some type of diet pill, because there are also tons of those on the market, with varying ingredients. Purple portion of pill looks almost plastic. Has "L" imprinted on purple half. ## Hi Sonnie, Is this something you got from overseas by chance? Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). I have looked everywhere trying to find what it is. ## Based on your description, I get the sense that the logo might be associated with Actavis or Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. I've been on this site for a long time and remember seeing someone else post about this exact pill a long time ago. I don't recall which manufacturer it was who made this pill, but I do believe the two that I mentioned above are strong contenders judging from the logo. List all pills that it could possibly be. ## I couldn't possibly list all the possibilities, because the shape and color don't actually mean anything and if it has no markings, then it is not a U.S. prescription medication. While there is a slight chance that it's a foreign medication, it is more than likely an over the counter product and there are many that could fit this description. All U.S. prescription medications are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Personally, I have seen several products that meet this description, from vitamin supplements to laxatives. Was it found in the U.S.?
