light green watson 503 ## This is generic Lorcet, Lortab, Vicodin. It has 10mg of hydrocodone, (addictive and strong narcotic pain killer), and 650mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol.) It is used for moderate to severe pain and can cause constipation, stomach aches, (especially if taken without food), euphoria, marked drowsiness, dizziness. ## A note that I want to add here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are major concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of overdose. This tablet is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so the only difference is that this is a lower dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

White round with RP 10 325 imprinted on it - Is this a percocet? ## @Ricky, I've seen a white round pill with R P 30 listed as Oxycodone 30mgs. However the "10/325" (if it is confirmed to be part of the imprint on your pill) would generally signify the presence of Acetaminophen along with 10mgs of either Hydrocodone or Oxycodone; but this remains to be verified. Now the RP imprint I know stands for "Rhodes Pharmaceuticals", so one thing you could do is contact them directly for more specific details on the tablet description/identity. Their main phone number is listed as (401) 262-9200; or you can also try reaching customer service at 888-827-0616. I hope this helps! ## I have round white pill with RP 10 on it. I use it for pain relief after lumbar spinal fusion for L5-S1. My pain is in the right leg this time and is worse at night. Why doesn't the med relieve pain at night ## Hi Lil, Sorry to hear about your challenges with pain management. From your description, it sounds to me like you may just require a stronger medication overall, or possibly something else that can be used as an adjunctive therapy to what you're already taking for pain relief. In either case, this is something best discussed with your doctor or health-care provider, who can suggest and offer other types of treatment options for you during those peak hours of worsening pain. The increased pain at night could simply be an indication that you're beginning to build up a tolerance to this medication's effects....
