My research also suggests that Deriphyllin may cause irritability or other signs of mild toxicity. On the other hand, The American Academy of Pediatrics considers Deriphyllin to be compatible with breastfeeding, noting that side effects are unlikely unless it's delivered in high (toxic) concentrations.
