My wife is taking Deplatt Cv 20 after Angioplasty. Now she is also having a backache. Can she take Diclofenac along with this? ## Hi, Aloke! How is she feeling? Doctor prescribed this medicine in place of Beta-Nicardia Is this medicine is good because it contains Asprin. ## This medication actually isn't used to treat high blood pressure. It is used as a blood thinner and to prevent blood clotting, so it's nothing like the Beta-Nicardia that you were taking. Are you sure it was supposed to replace it, or are you perhaps supposed to take it in addition to the other? Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. ## DEh PLATT-CV 20 is Clopidogrel Bisulphate ( 75 mg ) with Atrovastain ( 20 mg ) and Aspirin ( 75 mg ). I want to know this drug is safe because it contains Asprin.

I had ihd in the yer 1977.since then first i have taken ASA50 till 2013 , then ecosprin AV 75 from 2013 to may 2017 and now I was prescribed DEplatt CV fromMay 2017 ..My question is i have never experienced any pain or dysponea or heavy ness in the chest. My TMT , Echo are absolutely normal as on date.Only thing is i had T wave inversion inV4 and V5. Actually this T wave inversion is there right from the begining.I ts not new.I am little bit hesitant to take this depatt cv instead of ecosprin av 75, since the depatt cv has 2 antiplatelet drugs.I feel i may be ovedrugged. Is there any harm if i take ecosprin av 75 instead of Deplatt cv . My mom has been taking Deplatt-CV 20, but now she received Deplatt-CV from india due to the fault of her pharmacist. I know that in Bangladesh Deplatt-CV is not found/available. So is she taking Deplatt-CV instead of Deplatt-CV 20? ## Hello, Rony! How are you and your mom? No, they are the same medication, once just lists the dosage and the other doesn't. But both are listed by the FDA as containing Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin. My wife is 67 years old. Family history of high bp and high cholesterol. Latter level above 300. BP llevel 180/100 Fluctuates comsiderably. 14 days ago cardiologist prescribed OLMEZEST 40 one tablet per day. Reaction extreme tiredness. Cardio said stop olmezest 40. Use old combination of drugs Atorva 10mg. Dilzem 120. and Aspirin 75mg One tablet daily....latter drugs used by my wife since 2000. No negative reactions to these latter three drugs fot 14 years. Want to know contraindications associated with CILICAR 20 now prescribed in place of OLMEZEST 40. ## I'm 66 age&l attacked by high BP. Medicines I am taking are : Deplatt CV 20 (1 tab daily), Monotrate OD 50 (1 tab daily), Valzaar 80 (2 tabs daily), Nebicard 10 (1 tab daily), Flavedon MR 35 mg (2 tabs daily); for prostrate problem, I am taking Urimax 0.4 (1 tab daily); for arthritis, I am taking Folitrax 7.5 (1 tab weekly). Along with these I am taking Cobadex Czs (1 tab daily) and Folvite 5 (1 tab daily). Is Folvite 5 necessary? I understand Cobadex Czs also has 'Folic acid'. Is any of these medicines superfluous? I am 64 years old.

Hi. I'm 75 years old. My cardiologist prescribed Deplatt Cv (Ecosprin 75 mg, Atorvastatin 10 mg, and Clopidogrel 75 mg) and I have been taking it since May of this year. Actually, i was diagnosed with Transient Ischemia in the year 1977. Initially for about 35 years I was taking ASA 50 (acetylsalicylic acid) and then from 2005 to 2017 (April), Ecosprin AV 75 mg. Now I am taking Deplatt Cv. I would like to undergo cataract removal in November and I would like to know how many days beforehand do I have to stop taking this drug and when to start it back up after the operation?
