is this diet pill safe? What are the long term side effects? ## I'm not sure which one you are talking about, there are several different formulations of Demograss products, however, all of them are claimed to be natural and based on Artichoke extracts. That said, since these are over the counter products and not prescription medications, there is really no way to answer your questions, because they are not tested for safety and efficacy, as is done with actual medications.
