3 Topics FoundCan you drink alcohol when taking steroids ## Alcohol on its own will certainly be putting stress on your liver and so are the oral steriods so using both will consequently have a lot more of a negative effect over a shorter period of time. I obviously don't agree with either options, but I suggest choosing one over the other if you felt the need to. Have you done your research on the long term side effects of either option? The severity and number of symptoms are pretty staggering. I hope you are willing to seek help or more advice from others if these are "your" intentions.

My doctor prescribed deltacortril 5mg for me today. I'm to take 3 twice a day for 2 days, then reduce by one every second day until finished. My son is getting married next week. i have been prescribed deltacortril 5mg ent tablets and it will be last mornig taking the 5 day dose on saturday,, what i want to know is, is it ok to drink alcohol on saturday night ?? ## IT would likely be best to wait a full 24 to 48 hours after you are done taking the medication to avoid the possible problems that can arise from mixing it with alcohol.
