Delisprin 75

Iam pregnant for 6 weeks. Did ultrasound scanning and found that the heartbeat is 92 which is a less rate. My doctor suggested to take delisprin tablet. Other medicines are also given. So I want to know whether this tablet is helpful to increase the rate. Iam totally unaware about medicines .. that's why iam asking .. ## This medication contains the active ingredient Aspirin, and it is often given to help increase blood flow to the baby, when a woman is pregnant. I had a miscarriage in December 2011. Miscarriage happened within 10-12 weeks of pregnancy. The first ultrasound after 7 weeks there was heartbeat and later on the 12 th month ultrasound did not reveal any ultrasound. the cause of the miscarriage could not be known after all the tests. I have conceived once again now.
