Dark Green Pill With No Id

I found several dark green, circular pills/tablets with either a M or W printed on one side. No imprints on the other side. Can you please identify? Thanks. ## Unfortunately, no. I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find a listing that identifies these. The rather obscure imprint leads me to suspect that it's something that's available over the counter, which makes it harder to ID, because those imprints aren't required to be logged with the FDA. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

Dark Green or Black round pill, only thing it has on it is either L1, LI, or 17 imprinted. Its a little bit bigger than the size of a pencil eraser. Have had no luck whatsoever on identifiers. ## did you find this? I have the same one in my house ## This tablet contains 65mgs of Ferrous Sulfate, an Iron supplement. Common side effects may include: nausea, dark colored stool and constipation. You can read more here: Do you have any other questions? ## I found several round black or dark green pills with either LI, L1 stamped on it. If it is an iron supplement why can't I find a picture online to verify. ## I have the same one and it is definitely not an iron supplement... do some research for me please ## did any one ever figure out what this is?

I found several dark free, circular pills with either a M or W printed on one side. No imprints on the other side. Can you please identify? Thanks. ## Hi concernedmom, Based on the description provided, I've identified your pill as a 240mg Mylanta tablet, containing a combination of aluminum hydroxide + magnesium hydroxide + simethicone. The correct marking is actually an "M" as you first mentioned. Mylanta is an over the counter antacid used for treating symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease; including heartburn, gas, and acid indigestion. And for verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Johnson & Johnson/Merck Pharmaceuticals, who seem to be on some sort of joint venture. I hope this helps!

I found several dark green, circular pills/tablets with either a M or W printed on one side. No imprints on the other side. Can you please identify? Thanks. ## With such an obscure imprint, I'm inclined to think that this is some type of over the counter product. However, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description, so far. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these?

These pills where given to me due to a scrape in my knee, to prevent infections, but it's causing me severe stomach pain idk why? Could I be allergic to it? ## Hello, Jessie! How are you? Sorry that you're having stomach pain. However, I'm sorry, but I can't provide you with any information based on just the color. There are many green pills available, so I can't possibly even guess what it is that you're taking. Who gave them to you? Is there a name on the bottle? And no, severe stomach pain isn't a sign of an allergic reaction, but it can be a side effect of many medications.

Round dark circle no imprint. Not sure if it is an opiate or a benzo? ## If it is an alleged opiate or benzo class drug, it wouldn't be from a licensed US pharmacy. The FDA requires all American pharmaceutical drugs to bear an imprint or marking for identification. Without that, my guess is that this could either be counterfeit, and OTC med, foreign or illicit. One way to find out for certain would be to have its contents analyzed by a lab. However the cost may not be worth it if you intend to throw the pill away sooner than later. Whereabouts did you get it from?

these pills were in a blister pack and were supposedly a generic xanax. Have a fairly strong sedative effect. Any ideas? ## If it is in a blister pack then the pill is exactly what the package says it is. In your case that would be xanax. ## just received what is supposed to be Xanax they are round ans blue with no markings on them ..anyone every heard of these > ## Robert, where did you get them? If there are no markings, it's difficult to be sure what they are. Where they in any type of packaging? U.S. approved Xanax would have some type of imprint on it to enable its identification, in case of emergency. ## I taking 8 stilpane tablets a day,for 2yrs,how can i taper it down to stop. ## Right on Stilpane, never heard of this Opioid but it has Meprobamate in it! ## I have a roun...

Hi I found a cigerette wrapper filled and sealed with very large (1 in x .50 in x 1/2 in size) dark green (almost metalic looking) pills in my son's room. Can you please tell me what this is? It dosn't have any markings on it. I am pretty sure that it being used for drug abuse. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated! ## I understand your worry, being a mother myself. However, without any markings, the only way to really be sure of what it contains would be to pay to have one of them lab analyzed somewhere. U.S. prescription tablets are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, there is no such law for over the counter products, or for products from foreign countries. Have you tried asking your son about t...

capsule shaped ## Without your posting the markings on the tablet, there is no way possible to positively identify this for you. There are many, many pills on the market that meet that description. ## If it is a round Green pill with no imprints on it and you can peel off the green film then I think it might be generic xanax 1 mg from india. I recently ordered 1 mg generic xanax from a website and that is what was sent. I was very angry at first thinking i got ripped off :again. But they all came in blister packs saying Alprazolam tablets I.P. 1 mg. There was a long expiration date and the company website who produced the tablets is right on each package. Very impressed with the quality of the drug. The pills look very cheaply made be dont let that fool you. They might be better than th...

I found this medicine in my child's room and I am wondering what it is? It has no imprints on it at all. It is small & round, about the size of maybe half a thumbnail and very very dark green; maybe even bluish. ## Hello Squeaky, I have some potentially good news for you. Since the pills you found do not have an imprint on them it is not possible that they are a controlled medication. The reason I say this is because the FDA requires that all controlled medication have an imprint so that they can identify the pill. Since it is not a controlled medication it is possible that the pill is either a vitamin, supplement or a dietary pill. There is also a very small chance that the pill is an illegal substance but is unlikely since it does not match any of the FDA's website for ill...

it is almost like a supository shaped pill Dark green with a black liquid inside. no odor to liquid. ## It sounds like a placidyl - scientific name is - ethchlorvynol. Uses - This medication is used as a sleeping aid for short-term treatment of insomnia. It is usually not prescribed for longer than a one week period. - This medication is best taken 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Take this medication with food to prevent dizziness. it sounds like a 750mg Placidyl, But I thought the FDA pulled them from the pharmacy shelves back in 1999 / 2000. At any rate I would go on to a pill identifier website that has pictures to make sure.. Placidyl's are a very strong sedative.. Once that capsule exterior disolves ( approximately 15-30 minutes) it has a hell of kick/rush when it kicks in and...

My stepdaughters mother gave her a pill to make her go to sleep. My stepdaughter said that it was dark green and it looked like a jelly bean but it was bigger than a jelly bean. She also said that it wasn't real soft and that it was kind of hard. Would anyone know what kind of pill this was? ## Hi Jessica, Do you know if there were also any markings at all on the pill? The physical description alone is helpful, but with an imprint I can have a much better chance of identifying it. US prescription drugs have to have a marking of some kind by law, to identify the substance, maker, and dosage. So if there is no imprint, then it's likely that this pill may be an over-the-counter medication or perhaps even something foreign. I hope this info helps! Does anyone else recognize this pil...

I found these pills in my sons bedroom and would like to find out what he's been taking ## Hi Phil, The pill in your son's room is very likely not a prescription medication, as prescription medications are required to have an imprint or some sort of marking. The only blue triangle pill that I know of (that isn't illicit) is Viagra- or a generic male enhancement pill. Without an imprint it's impossible to identify the pill, maybe he rubbed off the imprint at some point? Does he take any medications or have any friends that do? I wish I could be of more help! If you have anymore information to provide about the pill later on- please post back so I can further assist you. ## Found 2 triangle shaped dark green pill with no imprint in daughters luggage what could it be

Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. However, you could also contact Actavis (Teva) directly for more specific details at: tevapharm.com/contact_us I hope this helps! Please post back if you have any updates! ## What's a round dark green pill that's has haft moom on it and say...

Almost one inch long. 1/4 inch high. Solid green with no makings on it at all. Oval. Deep green almost like a forest Green. ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this is, but I will keep looking. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found? ## I found a baggie of large dark green oblong shaped pills with no markings in my son's room. I found a dark green capsule in my daughters bedroom, marked 100mg, no other marking . Any idea what this could be? ## Unfortunately, this is a very vague imprint and I've found several possibilities, it's even broader including products from various countries. Have you tried just asking your daughter about it?

I want to know what this pill frim India is..dark blue with nothing wrote on it. ## Hi Tina, How are you? Usually when there is no imprint/marking on the pill, the only two ways to verify its identity is to either contact the store that it was purchased from or to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Otherwise this green/blue pill could literally be anything from A-Z; including hundreds of dietary supplements (which aren't required to have imprints either). Do you have any additional clues that may help point our search efforts in the right direction? (i.e was it purchased online, at a health food store, any names of what you thought it was supposed to be, etc...)

Dark Green capsule w/no markings or identification, filled with white powder.... Can someone please lemme no what this is? ## If there are no markings, then it is going to be difficult to determine what this contains. We can, more than likely, rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because all manufactured tablets and capsules are required to have markings to enable their identification. The only time someone may receive something that doesn't have a marking is if it was something specially ordered by a doctor, which was done by a compounding pharmacy. However, there is a much greater chance that this is an over the counter product. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Large Green capsul no markings sealed in plain silver wrapper also with no markings. I suspect n...

I have no idea what this pill is and I am just curious. It's a small aspirin sized dark green/blue (depending on how you see color I personally find it dark green but some people could see a really dark blue-green instead), all it has is a mark that says 17 or if flipped over I guess it could be L1/LI on one side- no mark on the other. It's a mystery! ## A tablet meeting this description with an L1 marking is listed as being an iron supplement that contains 65mgs of Ferrous Sulfate. Learn more Iron details here. Where was it found? ## It is a very small light blue pill in a little dark blue plastic container. I had it prescribed for the s***s back in 1986. It came in around 100 pills per bottle. Can you help me please? I've been in search for years for this pill!
