It's a triangular dark green pill with absolutely no markings; 3 sided. I found them in a script bottle in the parking lot at work. Please help. ## I was trying to Google the same thing. Fiance bought equate acetaminophen and seal was broken already. Only 1 of these in the jar. ## I came across reports of dark green triangular pills being sold as "xtc", whilst actually containing Dextromethorphan (DXM), which is a cough suppressant with sedative-like properties. Apparently, these unmarked green triangle pills have been found throughout the US and UK - however, my take is that the only way to know for certain what this contains would be to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Have either of you found any additional information on these since the timing of your post? ## Trying...

Has anyone figured out what these green oblong shaped tablets are? These are a medium green, nor deep forest and not grass green. There are no markings. ## Without verification through a lab analysis, a pill with no markings could be anyone's best guess... However, knowing its origin may provide valuable clues for pinpointing distinct possibilities or suspects. Furthermore, the FDA doesn't approve any US prescription drugs that do not have an imprint or marking of some kind. Therefore, I'm under the impression that it falls into one or more of the following categories - foreign, over-the-counter, illicit, or counterfeit. Whereabouts did you get your pill from?

these pills were in a blister pack and were supposedly a generic xanax. Have a fairly strong sedative effect. Any ideas? ## If it is in a blister pack then the pill is exactly what the package says it is. In your case that would be xanax. ## just received what is supposed to be Xanax they are round ans blue with no markings on them ..anyone every heard of these > ## Robert, where did you get them? If there are no markings, it's difficult to be sure what they are. Where they in any type of packaging? U.S. approved Xanax would have some type of imprint on it to enable its identification, in case of emergency. ## I taking 8 stilpane tablets a day,for 2yrs,how can i taper it down to stop. ## Right on Stilpane, never heard of this Opioid but it has Meprobamate in it! ## I have a roun...

Hi I found a cigerette wrapper filled and sealed with very large (1 in x .50 in x 1/2 in size) dark green (almost metalic looking) pills in my son's room. Can you please tell me what this is? It dosn't have any markings on it. I am pretty sure that it being used for drug abuse. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated! ## I understand your worry, being a mother myself. However, without any markings, the only way to really be sure of what it contains would be to pay to have one of them lab analyzed somewhere. U.S. prescription tablets are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, there is no such law for over the counter products, or for products from foreign countries. Have you tried asking your son about t...

Has a white powder in it looks like a chalky texture ## Where did you find them? With no markings on them, this is most likely an over the counter product. Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back when I have information for you. Does anyone recognize this capsule?

Dark Green capsule w/no markings or identification, filled with white powder.... Can someone please lemme no what this is? ## If there are no markings, then it is going to be difficult to determine what this contains. We can, more than likely, rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because all manufactured tablets and capsules are required to have markings to enable their identification. The only time someone may receive something that doesn't have a marking is if it was something specially ordered by a doctor, which was done by a compounding pharmacy. However, there is a much greater chance that this is an over the counter product. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Large Green capsul no markings sealed in plain silver wrapper also with no markings. I suspect n...

I found a handful of dark green gel capsules with no markings, filled with tiny white beads. I'm assuming they are an OTC something-or-other but cannot identity them because they are in a plain ziplock baggie. ## Hello Youdontknowme, Unfortunately it's very difficult to identify pills of any kind without an imprint. In reality the only thing the pills are likely not is prescription medication as they are required by the FDA to be identifiable through their physical appearance which includes an imprint/marking. In addition to possibly being OTC they could also be things like dietary pills, vitamins, essential oils, candy, supplements etc. If you are willing to spend money you can have them analyzed at an establishment that is equipped to do so. These types of businesses can easil...

I found these pills in my sons bedroom and would like to find out what he's been taking ## Hi Phil, The pill in your son's room is very likely not a prescription medication, as prescription medications are required to have an imprint or some sort of marking. The only blue triangle pill that I know of (that isn't illicit) is Viagra- or a generic male enhancement pill. Without an imprint it's impossible to identify the pill, maybe he rubbed off the imprint at some point? Does he take any medications or have any friends that do? I wish I could be of more help! If you have anymore information to provide about the pill later on- please post back so I can further assist you. ## Found 2 triangle shaped dark green pill with no imprint in daughters luggage what could it be

I found two large clear gelcaps filled with what appears to be a dark green almost black liquid inside them. There aren't any markings whatsoever. They were inside of a mini Ziploc baggie ( similar to some thing you might find in karma or Obadiahs) And I think they have a smell to them that I think is similar to marijuana. What are these things? ## Hello, Eva! How are you? If they smell similar to marijuana, then there is a chance that these contain a derivative of THC that is often used medicinally to treat nausea and/or increase the appetite in some cancer patients or others with chronic conditions. Without markings, it's hard to be certain, but many people do tend to order these from foreign sources, so they don't have markings, because they misunderstand and think they w...

the capsule is smaller than capsules common size and its dark and light green with nothing written on it ## I found a capsule in my cousin's belongings from 7-11-1966. Prescribed by Dr. Copenhaver and filled by Hospital Pharmacy, Gary Job Corps Training Center San Marcos, Texas. It is very small and has one end light green and the other end dark green. I believe it to be an antibiotic but am not sure. ## What is a small light n dark green capsule with no markings?

I found 3 mint green capsules in my house. Looks like one might have been tampered with. There are no markings along with another capsule which is dark blue and bright pink no markings but has been opened and 1/2 of the powder was out of it. Any ideas?? ## Hello, Martha! With no imprint, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, so it's most likely an over the counter product, of some type, but that leaves it open to many, many possibilities. Where was it found? Some over the counter items are regional, so knowing the general area may help to narrow down where to look. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this?

dark green pill ## dark green unmarked small tablet ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this may contain. Most tablets without markings are over the counter products, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication, since they aren't regulated like those in the U.S. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

capsule shaped ## Without your posting the markings on the tablet, there is no way possible to positively identify this for you. There are many, many pills on the market that meet that description. ## If it is a round Green pill with no imprints on it and you can peel off the green film then I think it might be generic xanax 1 mg from india. I recently ordered 1 mg generic xanax from a website and that is what was sent. I was very angry at first thinking i got ripped off :again. But they all came in blister packs saying Alprazolam tablets I.P. 1 mg. There was a long expiration date and the company website who produced the tablets is right on each package. Very impressed with the quality of the drug. The pills look very cheaply made be dont let that fool you. They might be better than th...

My stepdaughters mother gave her a pill to make her go to sleep. My stepdaughter said that it was dark green and it looked like a jelly bean but it was bigger than a jelly bean. She also said that it wasn't real soft and that it was kind of hard. Would anyone know what kind of pill this was? ## Hi Jessica, Do you know if there were also any markings at all on the pill? The physical description alone is helpful, but with an imprint I can have a much better chance of identifying it. US prescription drugs have to have a marking of some kind by law, to identify the substance, maker, and dosage. So if there is no imprint, then it's likely that this pill may be an over-the-counter medication or perhaps even something foreign. I hope this info helps! Does anyone else recognize this pil...

Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. However, you could also contact Actavis (Teva) directly for more specific details at: tevapharm.com/contact_us I hope this helps! White, yellow, and I believe dark green, possibly brown capsule type pill. No markings. It is a solid pill, not one that can be broken open. Half is the green color and the other half is split yellow and white. ## Hi Carolyn, U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified. Odds are that it could either be manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. And as a last resort, you coul...

I just renewed my prescription for 15mg oxycodone and noticed they are a different colored green (darker green) than the last ones. I'm also noticing that this new script is not working for my pain and wonder if anybody else has had these kind of issues? Is it better to just get the actual roxicodone and not the generic? Thank you! ## Yes, I also noticed the green 15mg also give me more side effects, swallowing issues, nervousness, dry throat. I'm telling my pharmacy I just want the white ones.
