Dark Green capsule w/no markings or identification, filled with white powder.... Can someone please lemme no what this is? ## If there are no markings, then it is going to be difficult to determine what this contains. We can, more than likely, rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because all manufactured tablets and capsules are required to have markings to enable their identification. The only time someone may receive something that doesn't have a marking is if it was something specially ordered by a doctor, which was done by a compounding pharmacy. However, there is a much greater chance that this is an over the counter product. I found a handful of dark green gel capsules with no markings, filled with tiny white beads. I'm assuming they are an OTC something-or-other but cannot identity them because they are in a plain ziplock baggie. ## Hello Youdontknowme, Unfortunately it's very difficult to identify pills of any kind without an imprint. In reality the only thing the pills are likely not is prescription medication as they are required by the FDA to be identifiable through their physical appearance which includes an imprint/marking. Has a white powder in it looks like a chalky texture ## Where did you find them? With no markings on them, this is most likely an over the counter product. Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back when I have information for you. Does anyone recognize this capsule?

I found 3 mint green capsules in my house. Looks like one might have been tampered with. There are no markings along with another capsule which is dark blue and bright pink no markings but has been opened and 1/2 of the powder was out of it. Any ideas?? ## Hello, Martha! With no imprint, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, so it's most likely an over the counter product, of some type, but that leaves it open to many, many possibilities. the capsule is smaller than capsules common size and its dark and light green with nothing written on it ## I found a capsule in my cousin's belongings from 7-11-1966. Prescribed by Dr. Copenhaver and filled by Hospital Pharmacy, Gary Job Corps Training Center San Marcos, Texas. It is very small and has one end light green and the other end dark green. I found two large clear gelcaps filled with what appears to be a dark green almost black liquid inside them. There aren't any markings whatsoever. They were inside of a mini Ziploc baggie ( similar to some thing you might find in karma or Obadiahs) And I think they have a smell to them that I think is similar to marijuana. Small capsule Reads 25mg on one side(light). I cannot read the other side. It's in black type. Hard to read against Dark background. ## I can't be 100% certain without knowing what the other markings are, but it sounds like it may be a 25mg Hydroxyzine capsule, a generic for Vistaril. What is a dark and light green capsule with 241 imprinted on both ends? ## Hi, John! Where did you find it? Are there any other markings on it, or just the numbers? We recived refills of prescriptions but the bags are marked only in Korean. The pill is a capsule, darg green on one end imprinted TRD and peach colored on the other end with YH imprinted. I am guessing it is either cholesterol or some kind of anti depressive. blue and white capsule with no writing on it but it was filled with dark green powder ..what is it? ## Without a marking to identify it by, this could literally be anything from A to Z. However given the pill description I would lean toward some sort of OTC dietary supplement; maybe even a pre/post-workout related capsule, as these tend to have no markings but also bear a unique appearance that may be similar to this (at least some that I've taken in the past). But despite anyone's best efforts here, the only way to truly verify what it is would probably be to have its contents analyzed by a lab. If you don't mind me asking, whereabouts did you get it from?

I found these pills mixed in with some Librium 10 mg capsules I have. The 10 mg capsules are half mint green, half dark green/black with RCDP and 10 imprinted on them. The capsules in question have a light green half and a white half with no imprint. These pills are from the UK. Looking online I found Librium 25 mg capsules matching these unknown ones I have but all those pictures show clear markings, these pills have no imprint at all. ## Hi Nate, Thanks for the thorough information.
