Dark Brown Pill

p - L on one side and its dark brown ## I cannot be 100% certain on this, but some with this marking are reported to be a gas relief product that contains Simethicone. The company makes it in a softgel and a tablet. Does anyone else recognize this?

I found a pill with p97 in on it and nothing else on the other one but it is very dark brown. Can anyone tell me what this is? Need to know what pill this is. It's round with 2 scores like to break in fourths, the top left has a capitol B and lower right has the number 23 its dark brown or purple in color and the back is empty no markings. ## I found one of these as well and can't seem to find what it is anywhere online! ## I have this too, from my vet for my cat. It is an long oval dark reddish looking pill with HHH on one side and 93 on the other side ## Novartis Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide, and 160mgs of Valsartan, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. An M or W on one side, nothing on the other side. ## A dark maroon/brown pill med in size, on one side it has either a W or M, both look capital size(block?). Has nothing on the other side, it's smooth. ## There is nothing that matches this description with just an M on it listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases. With nothing else to the imprint, it makes me suspect that this is an over the counter item. I found a light brown pill with darker brown speckles. It is oval shaped with no markings at all. It might be a diet pill because the persons room I found it in has been losing a lot of weight but i'm not sure. Any information would be helpful. ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, or even a foreign medication. With legal medication ruled out it could be a vitamin/supplement, dietary pill, or an illegal substance. The imprint is actually 801, it's manufactured by Acella Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Phenazopyridine, which is used to alleviate the pain from urinary tract infections. I saw some gel caps Saturday that were very small ~ pea sized ~ they were dark brown in color and said 'WD' in white letters on it. I was told this was THC, but I find that very hard to believe. The fact that there was only one and no bottle left me wondering....... ## You were actually looking at the imprint upside down, the marking is UM and the dark brown are 5mg Marinol gelcaps and yes, that is the medication derived from THC. It has a upside down open end triangle with a back words C in it and it is dark chocolate brown, with a slit on the other side... Almost orange specks in it..... dark brown, shinny, with no letters or numbers, approx. 5/8 long ## I'm sorry, if there are no markings on the tablet, then it will be impossible to positively identify. It could be any on of a number of over the counter items, including Ibuprofen or nutritional supplements. I really wish I could help more.
