Dalada Pain Pill affects on liver enzymes
Having surgery in near future, but liver enzymes are high, should this medication be ruled out? what are my options? Should i postpone this surgery? I found this problem out after surgery was scheduled. ## Dilaudid (hydromorphone) is metabolized (broken down) by the liver, but I haven't come across any clear congruent information stating whether or not it causes liver damage or potentiates an existing condition like that which you mentioned. According to the prescribing information for Dilaudid, people with moderate liver impairment should be started at a low dose and monitored carefully while the dose is being adjusted. For more specific information though, I would suggest consulting with your doctor, surgeon, and/or pharmacist for guidance based on your health status and current m... ...

dalada and hydromorphone
how long does it take for an 8 mg dalada to get out of your system ## how long does it take for an 8 mg dalada to get out of your system? ## Hi Charlie, If your speaking in regards to a drug test, Dilaudid can be detected in your urine for up to 2-4 days after your last dose. In general though, Dilaudid has a pretty short half-life of 2-3 hours. Half-life here means that, say, 2 hours after ingesting Dilaudid, half of the active amount will be gone. This doesn't mean that 2 hours later, though, the other half will be gone. At that point half of the remainder will be gone, then another half after the same time interval, and so on, until the drug is eliminated from the body. I've heard that it can take about 5 half-lives for a drug to be completely out of your system. I hope this ... ...
