my son has had hepitus c for 15 years before being diagnosed. he has severs liver damaganeuropht and other problems--of this drug --also benefits-his medical doctor is trying to take him off it -cold turkey- the pain doctors prescribed it for him. help me understand. he is terminal. i wish to know more about this medication. ## I'm sorry to hear about your son. Having surgery in near future, but liver enzymes are high, should this medication be ruled out? what are my options? Should i postpone this surgery? dalada 2 small round white tablet ## Were you referring to Dilaudid? It is an opiate narcotic that is used to relieve pain, which contains Hydromorphone. how long do daladas stay in your system ## From my records Dalada is in the morphine family. Morphine can stay in your system from anywhere to 2 to 10 days, depending on how much you take and the mg's of the pill. To learn more click on the link below... Dilaudid, was used to help me with the pain . but i still was in pain with 1 mg administered in my iv. why? and why would the dr not just add another 1 mg to help get my pain to go away.?
