Cam celexa (citalopram 40mg) cause slurred speech? ## Hello, Dianne! How are you? It shouldn't, unless its far too high of a dose for the person, or they are having a bad reaction to it. My hair, skin and nails vitamins say take 3 gel caps daily, should I take all 3 at once? Or take 1 three times a day? Thanks. ## Hi Amy, From what I understand, if it doesn't specify on the directions that you should take it in divided doses then it's probably best to just take them all at once; although in my opinion, I doubt it would hurt if you did divide your dose. The Garden of Life multivitamins I use actually say that I'm supposed to take 4 capsules daily, but then it goes into detail stating that it's best when taken 2 capsules twice daily. However, I've taken it both ways and feel that 4 capsules all at once gives me a much more noticeable boost in my energy levels than spreading it out evenly. It may all come down to personal preference in that regard. I ho...

i take a combination of 80 mg oxycodone daily broken down to (2) 20 mg oxycontin and (4) 10 mg oxycodone Because oxycodone is covered by my insurance and oxycontin is not entirely, I want to medicate with all oxycodone. I can only get oxycodone in 10 mg. What is the best way to take this medication. Thank You ## Oxycontin is just a brand name for Oxycodone in a time released formulation, so you've already been medicating with all Oxycodone. Learn more Oxycodone details here. The only different between it and the 10mg you've been taking is that the 10mg is a regular release, so it doesn't last 12 hours, like the Oxycontin is designed to do. To switch, you should talk to your doctor to figure out the best dosing schedule for you to use, so the regular release Oxycodone gets co...

Hi, I had sugar levels 250(fasting) and 302(pp) one month back. I started taking one tablet of Germer 1 in morning I tested my levels yesterday and are 81 fasting and 95 PP(I tested sugar level without taking medicine that day). Doctor told me to reduce tablet to half. Is it OK or I should stop taking medication and check fo a month? ## I HAD SUGAR LAVEL 150 (FASTING) 230 POST MEAL TAKING RACLIMATE 80 MG DAILY 1 BEFORE MEAL ALONG WITH OPTIDULIN PL ADVICE ## Deepak, it would be best to follow your doctor's instructions and just reduce the dosage by half for awhile and then see how your sugar levels are. If you suddenly stop it completely, it could cause a rebound effect that may make your sugar levels rise to very dangerous levels. Vijay, what has your doctor advised? Your levels are...

I've been on viibryd for 2 weeks now (starter pack) and started to notice my eyes have become very sensitive to light and i am getting what feels like sinus headaches daily. ibuprofen and Tylenol do not seem to help. Neither does sinus medication. Might be a good med but can't deal with headaches like this. ## Hello, Stacegrl! How are you? Has there been any change? These issues have been reported by the FDA as possible side effects of this medication, along with nausea, dizziness and mood swings. However, they are usually transient and go away, once your body gets used to a medication. Have you informed your doctor of the problems?

no natural motion daily please give me advise to this problem ## What types of foods do you eat? Are you on any new medications or supplements? Many things can cause constipation, foods, drink or medications, thus more information is needed to properly assess your situation. Do you have an adequate dietary intake of fiber? This is quite often an easy solution that is very commonly overlooked. Have you consulted your doctor for assistance?

am not feel good for my motions i unable my motions at daily morning it gets four days for motion please help me.i need a tablet for free motion daily ## I am not getting my motions in the morning everyday. Please help me ## Rather than a medication, you need to discover what's causing the problem first. What types of foods do you eat? Do you eat a lot of vegetables? Do you eat enough fiber? How about water, how much do you drink each day? There are many things that could cause constipation and not everyone goes every day. Are you on any medications? Do you have any medical conditions?

56 YO Male, taking this after a stint. I also take Atenolol, 100mg daily, Losartan 100mg 2x daily and Clopidogrel 75mg daily. Since the stint and the new meds, I am constantly dizzy. I do not believe the stint has anything to do with it, since it saved my life. I have read blogs where people feel uncomfortable with this "metal thing" in their body. I have no such feelings, I am eternally grateful for the "metal thing" and the miracle surgeons that put it there and saved my life. But back to my dizziness. Any suggestions?? ## It's difficult to say, because all of the medications you're taking have the potential to cause dizziness and it's possible that it's compounded due to that fact. The blood pressure/cardiac medications, Atenolol and Losartan also have...

I have been subscibed prednisilone 25mg daily as i suffer with MS and in times of exteme pain i find it helps, the only side effect i experience is not being able to sleep, should i ask for a lower dose? and my GP has prescribed it for 2weeks and jthen stop!! but when i queried it with him stopping suddenly i was assured it wasn't a problem? i am confused, help. ## Hello, Chris! How are you? It can be stopped suddenly, as long as you've not been on it for 3 weeks or more. The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, acne, weight gain and nervousness. Even at a lower dose, it is known to cause insomnia, so if this dose if effective for you, you should probably stick with it. Is there anything else I can help with?

routinely take 20 mg Lisonipril twice daily for B.P. probs. Today feeling very washed out and weak. Could this symptom be problem of the med? I've been on this med and this dosage for a long time. I probably shouldd have taken my BP , but failed to. Any thoughts? ## works good ## How long have you been taking it? There are two possibilities, the first is that it could be a side effect of the Lisinopril, since it can cause such things and the second could be the your blood pressure may be going too low from taking it. You may want to make sure you are checking your blood pressure on a regular basis and you should also contact your doctor.
