I have been taking 1,500mg of MSM in the morning and 1,500mg in the afternoon for the past two weeks. I was wondering if I could take 3,000 or 4,000mg in the morning and the same in the afternoon. I am taking it for psoriasis. It has helped some with joint pain, but not at all for my skin. Has anyone bumped the dosage up to 6,000mg or 8,000mg in divided dosage daily? ## MSM is actually just a nutritional supplement and I have never heard of it actually helping with any type of skin issues, though it is naturally present in joints and supplementing it can help with such problems, for some people. That said, the general maximum recommended daily amount is 4.000mgs in equal divided daily doses. Have you consulted your doctor about how much you should use?

my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics. Hello everyone, I am a 23 year old who suffered from extreme and severe agoraphobia, panic attacks and anxiety for around 5 years. To get to the point I was using alcohol as a medication, to go out, to socialize, to go to the airport, train station, you name it. His behavior is getting worse daily and I was wondering if his dose needed to be adjusted and if so what not to go past ## Sorry I can't help with dosage information except that, from my experience, i strongly recommend the Extended Release version (e.g., SR/Timed-release) which I think would help prevent addiction and/or continually increasing dosages as your child ages and gets bigger. I worry about this for kids because, in my experience, Ritalin is quite addictive (more so than Cylert was which was discontinued). However, doctors aren't necessarily going to keep your child on it.
