Cynapril natural drug supplement?

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE INFO ABOUT CYNAPRIL? SUPPOSEDLY A NATURAL DRUG? I have two enlarged adrenal glands with a benign tumor on my let adrenal. This cause my blood pressure to spike to numbers like 239 over 130 at times I COULD NOT EVEN TALK ON THE PHONE WITHOUT HAVING IT SPIKE. Naturally after seeing the infomercial about Cynapril I wanted to try it. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE TRIED IT AND WHETHER IT WORKS?
