SWIM took 15 mg liquid methadone today (monday) 6 pm. He has a dip test that might b methadone specific on wednesday @ 2:30 pm (since it's for probation). Will he b able to pass if he drank 1 gallon of water that day & took like 6 vitamin b-12's? Please help! I took a urine test and the results came back as positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines! And this was on a GC/MS test. I am taking generic Adderall and xanax and ambien, all prescribed. Nothing else! How can this be? I have never touched methamphetamine and am not a drug user. In recent times I have taken Oxycontin, Oxycodone, Valium, Soma, Testosterone, Nexium, Amlodipine, Fenofibrate, Chantix, Aspirin, Sudafed, Nasal Spray, Lidoderm Patches, Voltaren gel, NyQuil, milk of magnesia, metamucil, Whey Protein and Multi vitamins. Why is it coming up as a dirty urine? ## The nasal spray can make a false positive for meth. Not sure about " Crystal" meth. My brother smokes crystal meth almost everyday. we have tried everything to help him stop. nothing has worked. This week when he smoked methamphetamine he has had terrible headaches. told him to stop but he can't. What pain medication can he take over the counter or prescribed that will not interact with crystal meth and affect him more than what his use has affected him already? If there is how long does he have to wait after smoking to take pain medicine?

I am primary custodian for my 10 year old grandson. I've had him since he was born. I had an epiphany about my life close to 9 months ago and changed my habits drastically.
