My name is Leon, over the past five years or so I injured my lower back from the sport cricket. I was the fastest bowler in my cricket club, then one day in a practice session I bowled and I get a shock in my lower back and could not walk due to the pain in my lower back. I went to the hospital, did some scan and they could not find anything amiss. They then gave me an inj. for the pain and some Panadol. A few days later I was good to go, but a year back as I was in the shower I bend and could not move my lower back. That same pain hit me like a train again, so I checked in at the hospital, where they could not find anything wrong. I was treated the same way then sent home. In just a few days I was all good to go again. Now I am in the same boat all over again. Plz help.

Hi I had injured my right foot while playing cricket couple of months back and CT scan revealed a minor metatarsal fracture which was treated by putting on a fibreglass cast. However I was unable to walk and then my doc guessed I also had a soft tissue / nerve injury in the foot and prescribed gabapentin. After about a week of taking 100mg gabapentin twice daily, my pain has reduced substantially and I am now able to walk properly. What I want to know is that does gabapentin TREAT a nerve injury or only reduce the pain till the time one is taking the medicine? Will the pain come back once I stop taking it?

I am doing this for my close friend and he cannot pay for his medicine. He as Medicaid and they won't pay for his symbyaz ## Hello, Cricket! How are you? I'm sorry, but I'm not finding any current programs for this medication. The best suggestion I can make is that he speak to his doctor about trying something that they may cover for him. My 9 lb chihuahua ate one 25 mg pill of Hydrazaline. He acts like his stomach hurts and has had non severe diarrhea and is just laying around (not normal for him). I cannot find a pharmacy that carries my usual type of promethazine. What I've always used and the only kind that helps is made by Sandoz. I have been using Xanax for awhile. my doctor wanted to change me to buspar, or corse, but I tried it for a ffew day and had horrible so I said the hell with it. but after time I tried on occation not to take the Xanax to see if the buspar was working and it was. although, I did have a panic attact within a week of stopping the Xanax. I have a question, I got very sick wen I stopped taking the Xanax. can you go thru a Xanax withdrawl? wtf.. I wish they would tell you thease things.
