I am post menopausal. 58 years old Vaginal ultrasound shows endometrial long at 11mm small fibroid and polyp. Endometrial Biopsy results were benign. Gyno put me on 40mg megestrol for 2 months. Took it for 1 week and my stomach bloated so much I looked 8 months pregnant. Cramps, headaches, the worst PMS I have ever had. No bleeding but running to bathroom thinking I was. I'd rather have a D&C to thin the lining and to be absolutely sure the fibroid and polyp are benign. I refuse to take megestrol - these make me crazy crampy severe PMS weight gaining pills and it's cruel to prescribe and expect a 58 year old postmenopausal woman to go thru this bodily hell. Well I've had many late nights the past 7 months on vyvanse but I have never had a full one..I'm talking up since 11 am yesterday and it's currently 8 am (took 80mg but at like..3pm)..really no point in sleeping now, and I took 0.5 mg of clonazepam and it did nothing. BASICALLY for me to get through the day (until 10 pm ish) should I get the f*** up and get a vanilla latte at Starbucks and then take my 80 mg again? I really hate feeling as if I'm "abusing" my medication because it truly has worked wonders for my GAD and inability to focus... I am a 90% disabled veteran after 25 years of military service and took a hit in Iraq during the first phase of the ground war. I hated being on 40mg x3 per day of oxyconton, (experienced extremely rapid episodes of pure rage). I talked to my VA doctor & pain mgmt. Doc, to walking it down. I have been able to get by on 15mg of Oxycodone, but since it really only takes the edge off between 4 - 6 hours which is dependent upon my level of activities, he bumped me up to x4 tabs per day. It is not a capsule. The pill is approx. 3/4 of and inch long and 3/8 width in center and 1/2 inch thick. I have tried to look it up myself but it could be one of three things. It is a generic for Fioricet, containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It's most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. I have been on 15mg of Xarelto along with 40mg of Crestor for approximatley 8 months and have suffered through a distended abdomen and burning and aching in my hips, legs and feet. After blood tests and scans ruled out anything sinister I chose to stop taking Crestor altogether. Within a week my abdomen was no longer distented and much of the pain in my hips and legs reduced to a point where I actually got some sleep. I have now started back doing my walking and concentrating on eating everything right but my weight inexplicably is going up and up. I have also noticed my tension type headache and tinnitus which I have had both for 11 years has intensified and difficult to ignore. I took 5 dilaudid in a two day period. I weigh 180. 5'11 fast metabolism. one second day rode bike 10 miles came home soaked in a hot bath sweating that night covered with 4 blankets, drank cranberry juice & water. The next day I flushed in the morning, stopped, got my color back, then dropped for lab test at 3pm. 70 hours after last use. What are my chances at passing? ## It's been 7 dayz since i labed.
