Found in couch of teenage brothers room. Oblong shaped. CLear with white beads maybe yellow because of being old. No imprint ## It may be Aderol. ## could be Niacin- I found the same thing and I am trying to figure this out too ## how save is aderol for a 5 year old? ## When it comes to a capsule without markings, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Manufactured prescription medications are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The only exception for something produced in the U.S. would be if it's something that was specially ordered by a doctor and put together by a compounding pharmacy, because they use capsules that have no specific markings for identification. Foreign medications are also not under the authority of the FDA and may ...

Please post back if you happen to have any questions or comments regarding this medication.

I found a light green fotoball under my couch what is it ## Are there any markings on it, at all, or just the score line? If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. The greatest likelihood is that it's an over the counter product, though there is also a small chance that it may be a foreign medication. Does anyone else recognize this and have an idea of what it might be?

Found 3 of these in a friends couch... Any idea what they might be? No break line or markings. ## Hello Gman, Since it has no imprints or markings it isn't going to be a controlled drug since it is a FDA requirement. With that in mind it is possible that what you found is a vitamin/supplement or a dietary pill. These types of pills do not have to meet the FDA requirements of having an imprint. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of brands and types of these pills I will not be able to really narrow down exactly what you have found. It may help you to ask around and see if anyone in the household is currently or recently was taking any kind of supplement or vitamin. Just as a side note I used to buy a once a day vitamin from GNC that matches your description but I can't say for...

I found this in my couch at home while a Cleaning, I have four little ones at home and wasn't sure if it was a generic Tylenol or something else? Everywhere I search there are no results, any help appreciated ## Hi Ash, According to your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I have a strong feeling that they could be made by the same manufacturer (Vista Pharmaceuticals). Perhaps you can try contacting them directly for more specific details on whether VP 50 is something th...
