Getting another stent to fix the gap and blood clot. Open heart has been mentioned. ## I'm no doctor, but from what I've read, your treatment for 'spontaneous coronary artery dissection' can include several options based on an in-person evaluation: Apparently your doctor can prescribe medications to help prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of heart attack and other complications that may arise with this condition. I have mild CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) and am currently taking the following medications: Ecosprin, Vitamin B12 for deficiencies, Remylin D, Asthma AB Flo 100, as well as an Asthalin + Trimix inhaler. I've been experiencing chest pain, whole-body pain, and have been having trouble with arthritis. Could you please advise whether these medications and supplements could potentially benefit my condition? ## Have they all been prescribed for you? They may help, but it seems like your current medications are addressing separate issues such as CAD, vitamin B12 deficiency, and asthma. An irregularity in the lumen can mean a variety of things but often refers to changes in the shape or smoothness of the artery's interior surface. Med for bilirubin that is low what causes this ## Hello, Mary! How are you? As reported by the NIH, low bilirubin may be caused by several different things, including excessive vitamin C, taking some medications; like phenobarbital, large amounts of caffeine, seasonal depression, coronary artery disease and end state kidney disease. However, if there are no other symptoms involved designating a possibly serious condition, most doctors don't worry about and don't treat it. It tends to be self-limiting, especially if you take pro-active steps, such as lowering your caffeine intake, keep your vitamin C intake to no more than the usual RDA and quit smoking, if you smoke cigarettes.
