This is 650mg of Acetaminophen. A generic form of Tylenol....It is EXTENDED release strength. Regular acetaminophen is 325mg.....Extra Strength 500mg....EXTENDED release is 650mg....also used for the Arthritis pain reliever....Usually found at the Dollar General Stores with their DG on the bottle....Hope ...

white oblong ## COR116 contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. ## The question seen here and on other sites requesting information on oblong white pill with imprint COP 116.....is COP......not COR....It is a generic extended release caplet of acetaminophin.....that's 650mg, brand may usually be bought at the dollar general.

This tablet is manufactured by Chain Drug Marketing and they list it as containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen, in a time released formulation, it is available over the counter and is a generic for Tylenol Arthritis. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

Not an rx for sure. Is it for pain? Arthritis? ## Not Rx- it is equivalent to Tylenol Arthritis 650mg - CVS Pharmacy brand or Member's Mark (Sam's Club) ## @Terry, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oblong pill with the imprint Cor 116.
