I have chronic, severe anxiety to the point of not being able to go outside, grocery store, cook, clean myself, my home, can't focus due to do my bills, or other important business. Panic Attacks, constant Acute Anxiety Attacks make it impossible to function or have any kind of life. I have been on it for over 20 years, and have never abused it, taken more than prescribed, and sometimes don't have to take it for 24 hours. Hello! I started HCTZ around 02/98, didn't notice any problems until about 4-5 years ago when I could not longer stand at my stove for even 5 minutes to cook a meal, felt like my calves were going to burst because they were so tight. I'd like to ask a question. I've had emphysema for about 15yrs and it's been particularly bad the last 5yrs. I can *feel* it get worse every year. It also takes longer and longer to go away to a level to where I can walk around my home, get dressed, or stand-up to cook! Most of the time getting to the bathroom is exhausting. I have tachycardia, that normally is only a problem if I get o er a certain weight, but last June I was electrocuted by my range hood and my weight is no longer an issue with the tachycardia, in fact now I also have issues with low heart rate... I only take half of a 25 mg Metropolol up to twice a day, because I also have low blood pressure to begin with. But even taking the half a metropolol right now is not helping me much. My heart rate is almost on a cycle of constant fluctuation. When using a monitor I can see the pulse rate and sinus rythym and at times it completely stops then jump starts again... I use to get energy using coconut oil capsules. My second bottle had a broken capsule in it and the oily inside got over the capsules in the bottle. Would this make it less effective? ## Hi Brenda, I enjoy using coconut oil for several purposes as well, including energy and various medicinal applications. Raw coconut oil is the best in my opinion since it still contains all the necessary enzymes and other beneficial factors... so as long as you're not cooking it over a certain temperature, the oil will maintain its nutritional and medicinal value whether you put it inside or outside of a capsule. The presence of a capsule should not determine the effectiveness/quality of the coconut oil. I hope this helps!

It sounds like it's from something you may have ate (food poisoning possibly). There have been a large number of recalls for certain foods recently, if that is the case. Either way I would recommend checking in with your doctor or going to urgent care. They can better evaluate your condition in person by checking all levels of your health and medical history. I have had an Asthma attack now for 6 weeks. I have taken amoxycillan for 4 of these weeks but my phlegm is still green. I was caught out in the rain in June and 3 days later started with a runny nose etc. I am very breathless and find cooking for the family really difficult as I cannot breath. Any ideas. I have been taking Iberet-Folic 500mg. since 1975. I was expecting my fourth baby and prenatal vitamins made me sick. There was no problem buying them with a prescription until about 2005 or 2006. The Pharmacist told me that they no longer carried them. He told me to try Iberet 500mg. without the folic acid. I tried them and they really helped but now I can't buy them at the pharmacy as of about April of this year. Also, a company named Amide made a generic form of Iberet named Multiret-Folic and they were almost as good as the brand named product. dry out cook ## Oxycontin OP can also not be dried out, due to the very nature of what is used in it to prevent abuse. If someone does this with any narcotic, they also run the risk of overdose, which could be fatal. Side effects remain the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Are there any questions?
