Combiflam Side Effects on lactation
son is 04 days old, had to undergo episiotemy. can i use pain killers like combiflam and paracetamol. what will be the effect on lactation ## Hello, Based on my research, Combiflam contains the active ingredients Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. I haven't read any reports stating that Combiflam is unsafe to use during lactation. According to medsafe.gov: "Analgesics such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, naproxen and codeine are considered to be 'safe', due to low transfer into breast milk and few problems with extensive usage." This does not mean that no problems will occur however. Everyone reacts to medication differently and there is always the possibility of a reaction, so to be safe, make certain that you and your baby are under a doctor's care while you are using Combi... ...

Side Effects of Arflur/P and Combiflam.
I am RA patient 68 years age veg male. For long term, I want to know which tablet is safer - Arflur/P (aceclofinac100mg+paracetamol 500mg) or Combiflam (ibuprofen 325mg + paracetamol 500mg) ? Normally I take 1/2 to 1 tablet morning and evening. What would be the side effects with doses? ## Hi, Bj! How are you feeling? And for long-term use, neither one is considered any safer than the other. They both carry the same types of risks. The Aceclofenac and Ibuprofen are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, so taking them for a long period time causes the risk of stomach ulcers, congestive heart failure, hypertension and liver failure. The best thing to do is to take whichever one your doctor thinks is safest for you and will help you most and be sure to see your doctor regularly, so they c... ...

combiflame
wt are the side effects if we take 6 combiflame at a time ## Combiflam contains Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, so depending on the dosage, yes, taking that many at a time, especially if you add more throughout the day can be seriously harmful. It is very dangerous to exceed 4grams (4000mgs) of Acetaminophen in a day, so if your tablets contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen each, then you are already at 3grams (3000mgs) just taking 6 tablets, so if you add more then you are going over the maximum safe daily amount, Acetaminophen is very dangerous in large quantities, it can cause severe organ damage and death. ## i want to die. so please let me know hiw many combiflam can i take?? ...

Combiflam+ Tylenol
Can the two be mixed ? If yes what is the max dosage? ## Hi, Hinna! How are you? No, Combiflam already contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, which is exactly what is in Tylenol, so you'd be doubling up on the same medication and too much of it in a day can be toxic. You can learn more Paracetamol details here and you can learn more Ibuprofen details here. ...
