I've been suffering from regular colds due to allergies. My doctor has advised me to take montecope tablets. Is there any side effects of taking these tablets regularly? ## Okay, allergies would not cause a cold, they are completely different things, since a cold is caused by a type of virus and has nothing to do with allergies, though they may cause some similar symptoms, such as runny nose and nasal congestion. That said, Monticope contains Montelukast and Levocetirizine, they are most commonly used to treat allergy symptoms. And all medications carry the risk of side effects, by taking this, you may experience: nausea, dizziness and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I get wheezing problems where breathing becomes difficult and my doctor recommended montecope a...

Has anyone experienced any side effects while using Aczone and/or Atralin? I've been having some symptoms but I'm not sure if they are drug related or just sinus/cold related. I've been using the topicals for 6 weeks now and last week I began having bone aches/chills, slight fever, tiredness, sore throat, back tightness, and for a couple of days a strong urine smell. Those seem to have subsided but now I have a persistent headache (I never get headaches) and a dry cough. ## Have you talked to your doctor? Since they are both topical formulations, you really shouldn't absorb enough of the relevant medications to cause such severe side effects. This makes me suspect that they were probably more related to the cold/sinus issues. How are the headaches, have they improved any...

I have been using Jevity 1.5 cal with PEG tube. This past week, my stomach has not been accepting well. I get cramps similar to food poisoning. I also experience feeling extremely cold then clammy... I need a heating pad to keep me warm. I experience 3 -4 hours of discomfort after each feeding which means, am sick all day. Any suggestions? ## Have you consulted with your doctor? They are really the only person that is going to be able to help discover the answer to this dilemma and find a solution. There may be an ingredient in the Jevity that doesn't agree with you, perhaps you're sensitive to it, or allergic. ## Perhaps it's the cheap ingredients and GMO s that keep company profits high and people sick! ## I suspect that Jevity is causing lots of mucus is there a substitut...

I was diagnosed hypothyroid on May 20, started on 75mcg levothyroxine that same day. The first few days I let great- more energy, not tired in the evening, not cold all the time. About 5 days into it, I started waking up feeling exhausted like I never have before. I can't walk as fast, and going to the store is exhausting. So is this a temporary side effect, or should I ask for a lower dose? Or just stop taking it altogether? Will this exhausted feeling go away, I feel horrible. Been a little over 2 wks since starting the Levo. Thanks! ## It is most likely temporary, things should improve after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication, but you may experience tiredness/exhaustion again, in the future, if your dosage is adjusted.
