I'm in Houston. There is so much syrup here its like the wild west. It's crazy how it's gone worldwide as far as recreational use. ## Didn't the discontinuation of syrup from activist in 2014 slow down the trade down there? ## @gladiatorways, It is crazy how there so many people who take allergy, cough & cold medicine recreationally as if it's chocolate ice cream or something delicious. My 2 1/2 old kid (pre-kg) suffers from cold for d past week doc prescribed relent+, she was better after 4 days n now she used to get cough at nyt. First was dry cough n next nyt was mucous associated cough disturbed her sleep vry much twice. She had been crying d whole nyt. Water cuddled make her sleep better? Cough syrup or vicks vapourub or steam? I'm sorry, but Aspergum was removed from the market years ago, due to the risk it posed of accidental poisonings, since many children just thought it was regular gum, according to FDA reports. Hi. I live in NSW Australia. I am having monthly CDT blood tests ( measure of alcohol consumption over a monthly basis) The 1st 7 tests have been negative. The last two results where high and I am shattered. I had been really sick with the flu and bronchitis for over 3 weeks. I couldn't eat or sleep and was taking the strongest over the counter cough mixture I could, almost 1 bottle a day just to get some sleep.
