Cocaine False Positive Test

I was tested for cocaine and it came back positive. I do not know how as i have not used for 4 months. It was a hair test. I do not know why? Can u let me know why or list some things that can make it come back positive please? Thank you. ## Cocaine can remain in your hair follicles for up to 90 days or longer, depending on how much you had and how frequent your use was. So it would not be uncommon for it to show up 4 months after using it if your body has a difficult time detoxing itself. I have applied for a job and they did a hair folicle test. I tested positive for cocaine, but have never used cocaine. I do take Primatene Tablets for my asthma. I recently tested positive for cocaine in a UA but have not had this drug since 2001. The night before I had to drop a UA, I had sex with someone who i didn't know was using cocaine in my bathroom. My probation officer told me the only way i could get it is from using it myself which I didn't. I just got a false cocaine urine test from my doctor not sure what tyype of test but I had to sign n initial a paper so I think they sent out somewhere. I havent done cocaine in 25 years n dont understand. I read the benydril med diphenhydramine could be the cause or even drinking tonic water or some kinds of herbal teas. I had a urine test recently, it was positive. I question it because the person was leery about what she was seeing and the receptions said not sure. but yet, it was circled anyhow. I have never in my life taking any sort of drug unless prescribed. I take Amphrtamine salts (genric for adderall),20mg 2x a day. Losartan 100-25mg, Leovothyroxine 50mg (Genric for Synthroid a Thyroid medication.) and Montelikastast Sod (Genric for Singulair).
