white oblong tablet possibly taken for pain with imprint CM 650 on one side of pill ## I cannot be 100% sure that this is correct, but according to the information I've found, this tablet is listed containing 30mgs of Codeine, and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a mild narcotic used to alleviate pain. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Can anyone else confirm this?

You shouldn't take it with the Atenolol, unless your doctor specifically instructs you to do so. The Calcium in it can reduce the efficacy of the Atenolol, so it may not work as well for you. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Atenolol as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?
