My 13 year old yorkie mix has had a collapsing trachea since I adopted her 12 years ago. She has always been on Tussigon Bitartrate 5 mg (1/4 tablet-4x daily). The vet no longer carries Tussigon so he wrote us an Rx for the pharmacy. They gave us Hydrocodone/Homatropine 5/1.5 mg. We are to give 1/4 tablet 4x daily. I'm concerned that these may not be the same Tussigon she has been on for 12 years. We have been slowly switching her over as we have some Tussigon left. Her tracheal collapse is very bad and I'm afraid to go full Hydrocodone/Homatropine. If her trachea collapses, the closest ER vet is over an hour away. I need to know if these are the same medications? Has anyone switched from long term use of Tussigon Bitartrate to Hydrocodone/Homotropine? Any problems? Different si...

I've been on hydrocarbon since accident resulting in botched back surgery in New Orleans (after Katrina) moved to Ash Flat suboxone Arkansas. Need a doc who prescribes suboxone for chronic pain. ## Hello, CajunConnie! How are you? There is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. Most will also not want you to jump from Hydrocodone straight to Suboxone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone for pain management? If so, that might be the easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?

Oxycodone? White oval pill with Watson 625 on it. ## Is watson 625 a generic or brand name for Norco.?Are the inert ingredients the same? ## @Dave, The closest match I can find based on the description you provided, is a white oval pill with the imprint WATSON 825. It contains (650 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Oxycodone hydrochloride. Norco is a combination of Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are similar but NOT the same. Therefore, this pill would not act as a substitute. If you're sure that the imprint is WATSON 625, could you provide a picture? That would give me a better chance of identifying the pill.
