I had undergone angioplasty in 2009 and since then I am having Clopitab A 75 after lunch + Losar H in the morning and evening + Starpress XL 25 in the morning + Atorvastatin 5 mg at night. Is there any side effects since I have been taking them for almost 8 years? Pls advise.

I have undergone by-pass surgery (cabg) on 23 september 2016. I am taking Janumet 50?500 and sugar levels are within allowed limits. For last two months, I am taking metolar xr 25, lassix 40 in the morning, clopitab a 150 after lunch and storvas 20 after dinner. Apart from heaviness on the chest I am feelin pain at the back and shoulder. Pain increases, it appears, after being subjected to shaking? jerking of the body while moving along an uneven road by car. I am a T 2 DM patient for last few years. The following medicines are taken for last few months. Amryl 1 OD, Volibo 0.3 TDS, Clopitab 75 ODPC, Gabantin 100 BD, Fibator 10 OD, Losar H OD , Losar A OD and Prazopress XL 2.5 OD. As my BP was observed as 160/70 on 4/10/12, Doctor changed the medicines for Hypertension instead of Losar A, and Losar H to Stamlo 10 and Prazopress XL 5.For last 3/4 days my anklet and feet are seen to be swelling. CABG was performed on me for 100% block in RCA and 89% block in LAD in year 1989. I was generally okay till about six months ago. I now get chest pain while walking fast or when there is heated discussion or any emotional distress. I have been prescribed Nikoran 5 twice daily, Flavedon MR twice daily, Clopitab A 150 once a day and Monotrate 10 twice a day. I am feeling better. But my facial skin has become dark and I get pain in the Left leg. Is ir due to sude effects of these medicines? If yes what can be done?

Sir,On 12 Aug 2014,I suffered from ischemic heart disease with diastolic dysfunction and mild LVH. LVEF was 35%approx. I underwent PTCA to LAD,one blockage90%, on 16 Aug 2014. After my CABG on 09.09.2010, I am taking Clopitab - A 150 Mg daily one after lunch as directed by my Cardiologist/surgeon. I am 45 years old; Male; Normally I am quite active and brisk so far. But 10 days ago I suffered mild chest pain. Angiography was done.
