After reading all the posts about this particular med, I now realize that the different colors of this same medicine affects each of us differently. I cannot take the blue, yellow or orange clonazepam but the pink one is a life saver for me. My pharmacist has given me the others and my anxiety doubles. I have searched for the drug store that carries the pink one. I just cannot take the others. So weird how the same medicine, same dosage is so very different from manufacturer to manufacturer. What is the difference really? And why are they different? I have been diagnosed since age 23, with bipolar disorder, mood disorder, depression, and major anxiety. I'm 54 now. I have a new pysch doctor, due to old doc not taking my insurance. The new doc I seen last month, put me on 0.5mg clonazepam, twice a day, trileptal, trazadone, and paxil. Why would I still be having anxiety issues, and still having frequent panic attacks? It seems miday, and middle of night, I get hit the worst. The trazadone 100mg help me sleep at first, but now can't fall asleep until 4 or 5am,and again only getting 3 or4 hours of sleep again. The trileptal and paxil seems to work ok now, after building up in system, but probably need some re adjustments. Would like your thoughts, comment, or experiences. Is it safe to take 4mg of clonazepam and a Tylenol pm ## That's a bit of a high dose of the Clonazepam to take at once, so please be cautious and make sure you only take the amount your doctor has instructed you to use. As to mixing these medications, they both increase sedation, so there's a chance that you may experience more severe side effects than usual, such as the dizziness and drowsiness that can occur. They can be taken together, if your doctor approves, but you need to be sure that you won't be driving, or operating any dangerous machinery. It would be safest to only do so, just when you're going to bed. The FDA also warns that Clonazepam carries the risk of being habit forming. Is there anything else I can help with?

Severe depression taking 4 mg of clonazepam with 60 mg of Cymbalta. Also, having had 5 spinal fusions (4 posterior, one anterior), taking 3 to 4 hydrocodone 500 7500 per day. I get very depressed and suicidal. Is this a bad combination? ## It sounds like it's a bad combination for you! Have you discussed it with your doctor? Cymbalta contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it's an SNRI antidepressant and the Clonazepam is a Benzodiazepine and both of them can backfire, in some people, and have the opposite effect of what they are supposed to do. On top of that, you're adding the narcotic Hydrocodone, which can definitely have depressant effects.

Know one thing - pill markings on many Benzos are virtually untraceable. This has been mentioned several times here and cannot be stressed enough. Any drug that is available from these scam websites "Canadian" (really chinese, taiwanese, thai, malaysian, dubai [India]) and other offshore manufacturers, use their own unique marking system that has no relevance to the PDR or any national or international standard. They are pills produced in substandard factories full ofrr rat droppings and all sotrts of goodies. Stay away from them if you cannot ID them through RXLIST's pill ID, the hard-copy PDR, or other reputable source. ## Thank you, Jim! You're information is correct and very true. If anyone is unsure of what something is, they should never take it and if you order so...
