Pink oval antidepressant ## I recently received a refill from my mail order pharmacy for Citalopram HBR tablets, 20 mg. The first prescription I had were pink oval tablets, but this next one was round white tablets, the size of a 325mg bayer aspirin. Embossed on the tablet, from what I can make out is, WP1 3177. Is the same type of drug or could it be the wrong prescription?? ## This is the same medication and same dosage, just made by a different company that your last fill. Any feedback on this tablet? ## I got a prescription refill for citalopram hbr 40 mg. The new tabs have different markings (MX33 vs RDY 344 on the old) and are half the size of the old. Small ovel white tabet, bl written on one side 20 written on the otherside ## i have small white round tablets with B L on 1 side and 10 on the other called domperidome , they are to stop me being sick , dont know if that helps . ## Small White oval tablet. BL on one side. 20 on the other. I have the same tablets. They are 20mg Citalopram. Its an antidepresent and can also be used to help alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks, anxiety disorders, etc. Extreme care should be taken if addressing this with someone, given their already-fragile state.

Dr has prescribe me this medication again, and i will not be able to get the medication till 2 weeks, i do have left over medication, can i use expire citalopram that exp. on 4/10/16? ## This medication does not become toxic, or dangerous after its expiration date, but it may start to lose some efficacy and not work as well for you. I am taking citalopram HBR 10 mg and am experiencing swelling of my legs and arms. Is this a possible side effect? ## Hi eileen, I can't find any information that claims "swelling of the arms and legs" to be a side effect. However, I did read that allergic reactions to this medication can cause swelling of the face, tongue, eyes or mouth. Everyone reacts differently to prescription medication so it's possible that the problems you are experiencing could be the result of this drug. Nonetheless, do not stop taking Citalopram HBR without first talking to your healthcare provider. I hope this helps!

This pill has the same logo marking as my Metformin on one side but this one is oval, white and has a C | 40 imprinted on the other side. ## This was most likely Citalopram 40 mg manufactured in Canada by Cobalt pharmaceuticals (which was acquired years ago). I have been on 20mg of citalopram for 3months for axiety helped a bit but av got terible jaw clensing an still feel anxious will this get better xx ## No, it isn't likely to change if it's been 3 months, it usually only takes 4 to 6 weeks for it to reach its full effectiveness in the body and for the side effects to taper off.
