Pink oval antidepressant ## I recently received a refill from my mail order pharmacy for Citalopram HBR tablets, 20 mg. The first prescription I had were pink oval tablets, but this next one was round white tablets, the size of a 325mg bayer aspirin. Embossed on the tablet, from what I can make out is, WP1 3177. Is the same type of drug or could it be the wrong prescription?? ## This is the same medication and same dosage, just made by a different company that your last fill. One of the alleged manufacturers who uses this imprint is Accord Healthcare Limited based in the UK. Perhaps it is an over the counter medication. ## Kali is actually a foreign prescription med company, there has been only 4 of their products right now approved for sale in the US. Markings are Kali 082, Kali 280, Kali 281 and Kali 282. They do not make any OTC meds. i would like to see a picture of this pill ## I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, however, this tablet should be round and a pinkish color, with RDY above 343 on the front and just a deep score on the back. It contains 20mgs of Citalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and weight gain.
