will one 500mg cipro withdrawals from methadone maintenance

I'm on 75mg methadone maintenance. I accidentally took a 500mg cipro. Just one. Will I go into withdrawels ## I've never heard of cipro causing withdrawals. Cipro is an antibiotic used for a number of different infections. Have you read about cipro and methadone? I mean, read about them not interacting well together? I've never heard or read this before and I have been a nurse for 24 years. I will have to look this one up. Now, a med called naltrexone will cause withdrawals.... called precipitated withdrawals.....if taken too soon before actual Withdrawal from narcotics starts. Are you confusing these two meds, maybe? ## While cipro will not cause withdrawls it CAN cause methadone toxicity.
