I am 62+. I have never been a patient of BP as my usual BP range has been in range (!!6 - 120) & (70 to 76) and my ECG is normal. Still I have been advised to take Ciplar 20mg twice daily for the past 1 year to control the symptoms of Palpitation resulting in fast & irregular Heart Beat associated with restlessness. I have noticed now that when I get up from a posture of sitting on floor to standing, I feel giddiness or some sort of blackout and need a support else I may even fall down. Such symptoms were not prevailing earlier. Is this because of any side effect of taking Ciplar? Should I still continue taking Ciplar? My doctor prescribed me Ciplar LA 40 because I have a very little problem of tremor in my hands. I am also on Olmetor-H 40 since long. Someone told me that Ciplar LA 20 will affect my libido. i am 16 yrs old, suffering from essential hand tremor . All my test including MRI, copper test, vitamin B12 were OK..Doctor advised me to take ciplar 20 for a month. After taking it for 10 days, i felt some improvement in my hands but my legs starting stuck while walking. I also fell number of times. I stopped my medicine. consulted doctor again. Is 'Ciplar 421' the generic for Celebrex? I recently started taking this brand and am not familiar with it. I had just noticed this on the capsule. I have been advised by the doctor to take ciplar 20mg everyday due to increase in heart beat / pulse rate. I wud like to know whether if this medicine have to continue life long or for certain time period. And what is the side effect for this medicine for taking longer periods of time. i have High Blood Pressure And Hyperthryoid, my doctor prescribed half ciplar - 40 (ciplar - 20) for twice a day for both High Blood Pressure And Hyperthryoid , is it correct ## I have being diagnosed toxic multinodular goiter with cold nodules at the sites/tyrotoxicosis. Since last two days I sweating a lot & feel that my heart beats have increased. My doctor has advice me to take tab ciplar 40mg twice a day after meals. Is this ok & what could be side effects?
