I had palpitation fast heart beating Dr.Had advd me to take Ciplar 10 tablets. What is the reason for palpitation is it becoz of kind of foods or tension related. My wife is a suffering from migraine for the past few months and as per doctor's advise,she is using ciplar 10 mg twice and tryptomer 10mg daily since december 2010. she is a house wife and on a few occasions she had forgotten to put the medicine. After a day or two she used to suffer with severe spinal pain. (just below the neck). Is this a side effect of ciplar or any other reason. I am suffering from migraine since last 4 months. Doctor suggested me ciplar - 10 mg. I need to take this twice in day. As I was feeling better few days back, Doctor reduce dose to 1 tablet in day. but Now I am feeling tierd and sleep for entire day. My periods also get delayed from last 2 months. monthly cycle change to 33 days from 28 days. I want to know that is this because of the Ciplar medicine? ## Hello, Anjali! How are you doing? I'm age 29. After my lipid test I got to know that I have low hdl cholesterol, that is 26. Knowing that I got tensed n suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks. My bp was 150/90, I was not able to sleep at all. Went to the Dr and he prescribed me ciplar 10 once in the morning and amixide h at bedtime. Now I'm a little bit better. i am 16 yrs old, suffering from essential hand tremor . All my test including MRI, copper test, vitamin B12 were OK..Doctor advised me to take ciplar 20 for a month.
